Booking and payment
To secure a reservation on a cruise a completed and signed booking form must be received along with a 25% deposit within 30 days of reservation request. Failure to comply with this shall entitle Matrix Ocean Adventures to consider the reservation void and the cabin will be on sold. Final payment must be received 60 days prior to departure. The deposit will be forfeited and the reservation cancelled should the balance not be received before this period.

Cancellations
Cancellation of a reservation less than 60 days before the start of the cruise and failure to arrive for the cruise will see all monies forfeited. Matrix Ocean Adventures cannot accept any responsibility for any carrier that might result in any passenger failing to meet a booking condition.

Insurance
We recommend that all passengers purchase relevant travel and cancellation insurance.

Medical Information
It is important that Matrix Ocean Adventures is aware of any Medical Condition or Dietary requirements that the passenger may have well in advance of the cruise.

Liability
Matrix Ocean Adventures provides adventure travel holidays. The nature of the cruises offered means that passengers, in some cases, and under some circumstances , may face some physical discomfort and even danger. As an adventure holiday there are some risks involved and it is expected that all passengers understand and accept these risks as part of their holiday experience.

It is the intention of Matrix Ocean Adventures to undertake the cruises with all due care, however passengers are responsible for any damage or loss of personal property, illness, injury, or death.

Matrix Ocean Adventures cannot accept any liability in regard to breach of contract arising from or caused by, directly or indirectly , force major, war , industrial dispute, civil unrest or natural disaster.
